By accessing and using UniqPoint's mock test platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password

Our platform is provided for educational and preparation purposes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the platform
• Upload or transmit harmful code or viruses
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UniqPoint and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Some parts of our service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

You may not use our service:

• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

The information on this platform is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
• Does not guarantee that the platform will be constantly available, or available at all
• Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this platform

In no event shall UniqPoint, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
